After blood work today, Erin Hope has a seriously low white blood cell count and a low platelet count (blood clotting).  This is not uncommon one week after chemo.  She cannot go to school, church or any function with an assembly of people until her white cell count improves.  She is still receiving injections daily of a drug that boosts white cell production, which is quite expensive...$300.00 a shot.  She will do fine as long as she has no fever over 100.5.  Please pray that she will not have a fever and have to go back to the hospital.  We will repeat her blood work on Saturday to see if it has improved.
