Erin Hope remains at Baptist Hospital today.  Yesterday her fever went up to 102.5.  She is receiving IV fluids and antibiotics.  This morning her fever is back down to normal range.  However, her blood counts are still low in many areas.  She is going to have a platelet transfusion (blood clotting) today and may need a blood transfusion of whole blood or packed red blood cells today or tomorrow.  She is eating and drinking a little better today.  Her spirits are okay but she says she is bored.  Hopefully, she will be able to go to the playroom today which is normally closed over the weekend.
