Greetings to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. As you may know, Erin Hope had another CT scan yesterday at Baptist Hospital. Unfortunately, her scan was worse. The largest lesion that we have been following is almost double the size it was just 4 weeks ago. Others have increased in size and there are some new lesions. We weren't told how many total she has. Of course, we are disappointed but not discouraged. If anything, we are more determined and so is she to beat this thing! Thanks for praying. Please continue to do so.

We have decided on another treatment regimen and were concerned whether our insurance would pay for it. This is treatment that she can receive at home and hopefully not have any hospital stays. It can cause some side effects also that may require her to be admitted to the hospital but we are praying that she won't have to. I do have good news to report on the cost of the medication. I found out today from our hometown pharmacy that the insurance will pay for the drugs as if they pay for any other medication. What could have easily been $4000.00 - $6000.00 a month is only going to cost us $40.00. Praise the Lord!!!

Like I said, we are not giving up. We believe firmly that the Lord Jesus Christ can and will heal her. We have a peace that passes all understanding that she will be healed and grow up to be a mighty testimony for Jesus...unless He comes first. What about you? Do you for a fact know where you will be when Jesus comes again or if you died today? What would you tell God, the heavenly Father, when He asks you, "Why should I let you into my heaven?" I hope you won't say because you are a good person or that you gave some money to some charities or that you 'attended' church some or even all of your life. According to God's Word, you cannot get into heaven and you will be on the fast track to Hell. God's Word plainly tells us that the only way to get to heaven is to believe and confess the Lord Jesus, the holy, righteous Son of God, as your Lord and Savior and to repent, or turn away from your sins.
