What a great time we all had at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas

What a great time we all had at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas! This was Erin Hope's Make-A-Wish trip and it was fantastic! Look for new pictures coming soon to the Photo Album. We made some very cool friends, including another Make-A-Wish child from New York; Brianna. Erin Hope, Hannah, and Andrew were able to go up into the cockpit of the plane that we took to the Bahamas and had their picture taken in the Captain's chair wearing his hat. That was awesome! We flew first class down there and back thanks to the complimentary upgrade from the nice people at US Airways. We received first class treatment by all of the staff.

The Atlantis resort is some kind of place. There was too much to do and not enough time to do it. It would take several trips to be able to fully enjoy all of the great activities. Some of the things that Erin Hope and the rest of us did was: swim...alot, go down water slides; including the almost vertical Mayan Temple slide, jet skiing, paddle boating, swimming with the dolphins, The Dig; a fictional re-creation of the lost city of Atlantis, alot of walking, sunbathing, lazy river ride, a water slide on tubes that went through a see--through tunnel surrounded by sharks and other fish. Oh, and ride in a stretch limo to and from the airport.

Thanks so much for those of you who are faithful in praying for Erin Hope and us. We can't tell you how much it means to us to have friends we know, and do not know, intercede to the Heavenly Father on our behalf.

Erin Hope went back to Baptist Hospital today for her outpatient chemo and to have platelets(helps blood to clot). She is feeling well. Please pray for her mother who hurt her back today and has had to lay down for most of the day.

Thanks so much for all you do. We praise God that Erin Hope had a great time at Atlantis ( www.atlantis.com ) and is feeling well. She will have another CT scan in 3-4 weeks. Please pray for good results from that.
