Erin Hope is feeling
better today but tires easily. Last Thursday she went to Baptist
Hospital for an outpatient chemo treatment and tolerated this one better than
the last outpatient chemo she received the previous Thursday. Her blood
work is continuing to look better, however, she is a little anemic with her
red blood cells and hemoglobin a little low. It is not known at this
time whether this will prevent her from getting chemo tomorrow. Tomorrow brings
the time for the 3 different chemo drugs. This is the round that hits
her so hard with nausea and vomiting. Please be in prayer for her
safety, the effectiveness of treatment, and for minimal side effects (nausea
and vomiting). She will probably come home on Thursday or Friday
depending on how well she is doing.
Her hair, which was
growing really well, is now coming out again. Surprisingly, she is okay
with it. We try to have fun with it along with everything else.
Laughter, is in fact, good medicine. She enjoys having fun and laughing.
Please be in prayer for
an upcoming CT scan. I am unsure of the date at this time but it could
either be in 3 weeks or 5-6 weeks. Once I know a definitive date, I will
let you know. Our desire is for those cancerous lesions to be gone.
We know that God has
our future in His hands. We know that God can heal Erin Hope if He
chooses. We know that the prayers of His righteous children availeth
much. We know that God still saves lost souls.
It is our desire that
many would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through Erin's sickness
and faith. Please pray for the lost souls that view this website that
they will KNOW Jesus in a personal way.
Thanks so much!
We love you and pray God's blessing upon you.
