All the thumbnail (small) pictures are downloaded at the same time as the music file; however, when clicking a thumbnail the full size picture is then downloaded. Thus, once you download all pictures in the presentation the entire slide show will flow without delay. Again, as long as your internet cache has not been cleared since your last visit.
